Welcome to this beautiful and spacious house, located just a stone’s throw from the stunning shores of Colonia de Sant Jordi.

This charming property, which comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, is the perfect retreat for those seeking relaxation and comfort in an idyllic coastal setting. The house offers two inviting terraces—one small terrace at the entrance and a larger one equipped with a barbecue, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals and soaking up the pleasant Mediterranean climate.

Inside, the 150 m² house is spread across two floors, offering ample space for everyone to unwind. On the ground floor, you'll find a cozy bedroom with a single bed. The first floor has three additional bedrooms—two with double beds and one with a single bed. A cot and highchair are available upon request. The house has two bathrooms, both featuring bathtubs for your comfort.

The spacious living room is designed for relaxation, with a comfortable sofa, a TV, a coffee table, and a dining table with chairs. A fireplace adds a cozy touch to the space, making it perfect for cooler evenings. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with induction cooking, offering all the necessary utensils to prepare your meals. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also provided for added convenience. Air conditioning in the hall on the first floor ensures that all the bedrooms remain cool and comfortable.

The house is only 400 meters from the sea, allowing you to easily enjoy the crystal-clear waters and gentle Mediterranean breeze.

Colonia de Sant Jordi, located 46.5 km from the airport, is a delightful village with all the amenities you need, including restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, and banks. The area is also known for its stunning sandy beaches, such as Dolç Beach, Harbor Beach, Marquis Beach, Playa des Cotó, and the famous Es Trenc Beach, which is just 6 km away. There’s plenty to do, whether you're in the mood for a boat trip, an excursion to Cabrera Island—protected as a natural park—or a visit to "la salinera," where salt is harvested from seawater. For nature lovers, the local aquarium is a must-see, featuring marine species and vegetation from the Cabrera area.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
