You can bask in the sun on the 8 sunloungers around. Next, the stairs lead you to the porch, where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue or a relaxing evening sitting on the exterior sofa and admiring the idyllic views. The property is fenced and there are no neighbours around, so you'll enjoy total privacy.

Inside, the spacious living - dining room with AC, invites sharing moments at the dining table or watching the TV-sat. If you like cooking, you'll love the well-equipped airy kitchen with a ceramic hob. The laundry room offers a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. The property is located in a quiet environment, 2.5 km from the town of Ses Salines, well known thanks to the production of marine salt and where you'll find the basic services for an independent stay. The nearest beach is 4 km away in Colonia de Sant Jordi, a coastal village with good seafood restaurants. However, you can also visit other nearby beaches like Platja de's Dolç or es Trenc.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
