In addition there is an air conditioner, a garden, a terrace, a swimming pool, a barbecue and garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath.

The holiday home has a Internet connection, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a fridge and a freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, an oven, a waterboiler, a toaster and a stovetop (electric).

Welcome to this wonderful finca with swimming pool and tennis court, with 300 m2 built and capacity for 8 people, situated on the outskirts of Las Salinas.

The outdoor areas are wonderful. You can enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside and have a great time swimming in the pool, playing tennis and table tennis, or preparing a delicious barbecue. The porch, furnished with a large table with chairs and sofas, is perfect for these pleasant summer dinners. The swimming pool is chlorinated and measures 11 x 5 m and has a depth of 0.9 to 1.8 m. Around it, there are 8 sun loungers for sunbathing and more than 200 m2 of lawn, decorated with plants and trees, which is the perfect place especially for children to run around. There is a hen house with chickens where they will have total freedom to collect eggs, as well as fruit trees to taste their delicious fruits. From the countryside to the table! The plot is fenced and offers absolute privacy.

This spacious three-story house features a generous living-dining area, exuding a refreshing ambiance with its white color palette and sea-inspired blue accents. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, enjoy peaceful moments, or watch satellite TV. The kitchen mirrors this coastal style and is fully equipped for hassle-free cooking, including a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, and more. A separate laundry room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board.

The house boasts a total of five bedrooms. On the ground floor, you’ll find one with a double bed, air conditioning, a wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a hydromassage bathtub and a separate shower cabin. Additionally, this floor includes a guest toilet with a washbasin.

The upper floor houses the remaining four bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds. Three of these bedrooms have wardrobes, three are equipped with air conditioning, and two offer direct access to a stunning terrace. For added convenience, every two bedrooms share an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.

The home is thoughtfully outfitted with a cot and high chair for a baby, along with oil central heating to ensure comfort during winter stays.

The property is placed between Ses Salines and Colonia de Sant Jordi, where you will find a wonderful sandy beach. You will find the famous and paradisaical beach of es Trenc some kilometers away, perfect to spend the whole day. If you feel like it, any other day you can make a boat excursion to Cabrera, visit the salt mine where the salt is separated from the seawater, and enjoy a good restaurant, among many other things. This area presents all needed services like supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, bars, and more. And before leaving, you have to visit the city of Palma, the town center with its cobblestone streets full of life and shops, and its surprising cathedral.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
