This is a great base for getting to know Mallorca, with all points of the compass easily accessible and Palma at a very convenient distance. Sencelles is traditionally a simple farming town and is surrounded by woodland and fields.The villa is set in extensive grounds in the countryside and offers plenty of organised outdoor space and a fabulous pool.Inside, it is exquisitely furnished in the Mallorcan rustic style, ceramic and wood predominating, but with modern flair. Three spacious double rooms and two beautiful bathrooms allow for up to six guests. The atmosphere of the lovely county kitchen is enhanced by open beams, as is the master bedroom. The smallest bedroom has bunk beds, so would suit children.There is a shady veranda and a lawn area for those relaxed summer meals in the fresh air. Midsummer is scorching on the plains, so you will probably want to get the most out of that pool..There is plenty to see in the surrounding countryside if you enjoy a gentle bike ride, such as the birthplace of the local saint, Catalina Thomas, and taking a trip further back in history, the Son Fred Talaot is a prehistoric monument and well worth a visit, tucked away on a back road.The town itself is very friendly and there are a couple of cafes and bars, a supermarket and an excellent bakery.All in all, a great place for families or friends, to tour the island and to sit back and relax a bit in an undemanding environment. For reason of the near distance to the airport, it's possible that you hear the noise of the airplanes, which depends on the trafic and the wind.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
