Small studio with garden views In the centre of the island of Mallorca, in the small original country town of SENCELLES, at the end of the village towards INCA, is the 17th century manor house Can-Mavi. The historic property with its 450 m² of living space and an almost paradisiacal, secluded garden of approx. 800 m² with pool, was extensively renovated and modernised in September 2012 and converted into a small apartment building, while retaining the traditional Mallorcan style. The garden with its large palm trees, the central olive tree, the bucanville and the small romantic fountain is available for use by all tenants, as is the pool with sun loungers and parasols. Shopping can be reached in approx. 10 minutes by car to INCA, or 20 minutes to PALMA. For a relaxing day at the beach, it takes about 30 minutes to drive along small Mallorcan country roads through the typical Mediterranean landscape of the centre of the island to the natural beach of MURO or to the lively beach life of ALCUDIA or to PORT POLLENCA for surfing or kiting.

Sencelles is located in the centre of the island and offers the best conditions for exploring the island. All interesting destinations can be reached in 30 minutes by car. In the village there are 2 supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, banks, a pharmacy, tennis courts and a swimming pool. Large supermarkets can be found in Inca, 10 km away. There is a bus to INCA, from there a suburban train to Palma and a bus to the beach in PORT-ALCUDIA, although a hire car is highly recommended.
The house as well as the garden and pool area are not child-friendly.
Therefore, for safety and liability reasons, only bookings with school-age children can be accepted. There are 4 other flats in the house, including a 2-bedroom flat and a LOFT flat with a roof terrace. The German landlord and manager of the property lives just a few minutes from the property and is happy to answer any questions or requests.
