The badroom is equipped with two showers, a bath and a hairdryer.

Guests can enjoy the outdoors on the spacious covered terrace or take a refreshing dip in the large private pool (9 x 4.50m), perfect for relaxing on warm, sunny days. Please note, the villa is not pet-friendly to maintain a serene environment.

In addition to its exceptional outdoor space, the villa provides modern conveniences, including three fully renovated bathrooms (two with showers and one with a bathtub). The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals, while the spacious living areas provide plenty of room to unwind and relax. The villa also includes essential services such as electricity (charged per consumption) and a deposit, payable in cash upon arrival.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
