The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a fireplace. In addition there is a barbecue, a garden (fenced), an air conditioner, a swimming pool (private, outdoors) and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

Biniamar 4 km from Inca: Rustic single-family house "Can Passos", 2 storeys, surrounded by trees and fields. On the outskirts, 200 m from the centre of Biniamar, in a quiet position, 30 km from the sea. Private: natural state property (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (3 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Shower/WC in the pool area, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue (swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Supermarket 4 km, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Biniamar" 300 m, sandy beach "Playa de Muro" 30 km. Nearby attractions: Castillo de Alaro 17 km. Please note: car recommended. Object suitable for 8 adults groups of teenagers on request only. The owner lives on the same property.

There is a lake/open water less than 30 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Can Passos in Selva you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
