It is surrounded by sunbeds and umbrellas to comfortably sunbathe. You can relax on the sofas at the porch and enjoy a delicious barbecue at the outdoor dining room. The property is fenced and the privacy is total.

The interior of this single-storey house offers a comfortable and contemporary style. The living room kitchen is equipped with TV-sat and AC. The kitchen offers a ceramic hob. In the laundry you will find the washing machine, iron and ironing board. In the house there are 4 bedrooms, all with AC. Three of them have twin beds and one has a double bed. There are also 3 bathrooms, 2 of them are en suite with a shower and there's one with a bathtub for the rest of the house. Finally, we can prepare a cot and a highchair for you if you are travelling with your baby.

The house is located on an extensive plot in the countryside so tranquility and peace are guaranteed. About 6 km away you find Cas Concos, with basic services, and Santanyí is about 10 km away and offers more services for an independent stay. The closest beach is Cala Santanyí, 10.4 km away, although the nearby coast is full of wonderful beaches and coves such as Cala Mondragó, Caló des Moro or Cala d'Or. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 6 cars.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
