This beautiful villa is in an excellent central location, less than 60 metres from the beautiful sandy beach of Cala Gran and less than 200 metres from the centre of Cala D'Ors. The house therefore offers a quiet yet very central location. A variety of restaurants, cafés and boutiques are within easy walking distance. There are numerous small, beautiful sandy bays in and around Cala D'Or. A variety of water sports and boat trips along the picturesque south-east coast are on offer and the romantic, still authentic fishing villages such as Porto Petro, Porto Colom and Cala Figuera can be reached quickly by car. The beautiful Mondrago nature reserve with its 2 sandy bays and shimmering turquoise waters is also just a few kilometres away. The exclusive marina of Cala D'Or with excellent restaurants along the pier is only a long walk away. The 18-hole golf club "Vall D'Or Golf" can be reached in 10 minutes by car.

The spacious dining room is very tastefully furnished, with a staircase connecting the ground floor with the upper floor. The modern kitchen with a large cooking island is equipped to a high standard and also offers ample seating. There is also a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board as well as a guest toilet. A bedroom with two single beds as well as a full bathroom (shower and bath) en suite and access to the outside area complete the ground floor. Upstairs is the spacious master bedroom with two single beds joined together as a double bed, a dressing room and a fantastic en suite bathroom with a large Jacuzzi bath and a separate shower. The room has access to an outside terrace overlooking the garden and pool area. Furthermore, this floor offers another double bedroom with 2 single beds and one with a double bed. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with a Jacuzzi bath and a small terrace.
The garden and pool area is located at the rear of the house and offers privacy. A partially covered terrace with beautiful wooden furniture, a mobile barbecue and outdoor sink is the ideal place for cosy barbecues in the balmy summer air. The beautiful pool (7m x 4m, depth 0.60m - 1.60m), built with Roman steps, is surrounded by lawns and shady trees, under which you can relax in the sun loungers, read a book and simply leave the stress of work behind you. The house is fully fenced. There is space for 2 cars on the property.
