In addition to its modern amenities, the house charges separately for electricity consumption at a rate of 0.40 EUR per kW, with readings taken at check-in and check-out. For stays of 14 nights or longer, an additional cleaning service is required at a rate of 15 EUR per hour. The property enforces quiet hours from 11 pm to 10 am, and parties or loud noises are strictly prohibited. A tourist tax, or Ecotasa, is charged to all guests over 16 years old, with rates varying by season.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
