Located in the north of Mallorca, Can Picafort offers a prime location near supermarkets, restaurants, and shops, all within walking distance. The beach is easily accessible on foot, making it perfect for enjoying the coastline without needing a car. Guests can explore the local area, including the charming old town of Alcúdia, which has a market every Tuesday and Sunday. Other nearby attractions include the Formentor lighthouse, the picturesque village of Artà, and several beautiful beaches like Playa de Muro. Although a car is not necessary for most activities, having one may be helpful for exploring the wider region.

The house is equipped with practical amenities such as a hairdryer, and electricity consumption is charged separately at 0.40 EUR per kW, with readings taken upon check-in and check-out. For stays longer than 14 nights, a mandatory cleaning fee applies. Guests are required to observe quiet hours from 11 pm to 10 am, and parties or loud noises are not permitted.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
