The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed, two single beds and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a bar, a set of garden furniture and a roof terrace and there are two balconies. The badroom is equipped with a bath, two washbasins, a shower, two toilets and two bidets.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a Internet connection (wireless), a washing machine and a garage.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher and a microwave.

Friendly and modern duplex located on the waterfront in Can Picafort. Its bright, modern interior design provides a pleasant and clean. The living room opens onto a terrace with great views of the harbor. On the roof there are excellent views and you can sunbathe without being disturbed.

Can Picafort is a popular tourist destination on the north coast of Mallorca. In addition to a beautiful sandy beach that extends up to Alcudia a whole 13 kilometers, there are a variety of recreational activities including water sports, horseback riding, karting and tennis.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
