The saltwater pool measures 8 x 4 meters, with depths ranging from 1.4 to 1.9 meters. For relaxation, there are 6 sun loungers on the terrace, along with a pool umbrella for shade. An outdoor shower and bathroom add extra convenience.Children can have fun in the natural garden, which is home to several fruit trees. There’s also a henhouse on the property, and the owner lovingly cares for the animals. Best of all, you can sample fresh eggs during your stay.

There is also one shower bathroom. For families traveling with a baby, we can provide a cot and high chair upon request. The laundry room comes with a washer, iron, and ironing board, and there are three fans available for added comfort.

The weekly street market takes place on Fridays. If you prefer not to visit the beach, you can explore nearby areas or villages, such as the center of Alcudia or Pollensa, or visit the S'Albufera Natural Park, the Caves in Campanet, or the water park in Alcudia.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
