General

The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with four single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and two televisions. In addition there is a swimming pool, a set of garden furniture and a barbecue and there are two air conditioners and two gardens. The badroom is equipped with a bath, two washbasins, a hairdryer, a shower and two toilets.

The holiday home has a fridge, a freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a microwave, an oven and a dishwasher.

A charming, traditional, and very quiet 3-bedroom home with 4,000 m² of fenced-in land. Located 1.4 km from the coves of Pou des Lleó and Cala Boix, as well as their restaurants—all of which are well-known and specialize in traditional dishes such as Bullit de Peix (a typical Ibizan fish stew), rice dishes, and seafood. Es Figueral sandy beach is 4 km away, and a little further back lies the beautiful Cala Llenya beach.

The house features: A spacious living-dining room with sea views, TV, and air conditioning. A fully equipped separate kitchen with a Nespresso-compatible coffee machine and access to the outdoors. A master bedroom with air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, sea views, and access to the outdoors. Two bedrooms with two single beds each, featuring ceiling fans. A shared bathroom with a bathtub. Large outdoor area with an 8m x 4m pool, 6 sun loungers, and a parasol. Covered outdoor dining area with ocean views, ideal for al fresco dining. A small utility room with a washing machine. Additionally, the house features WiFi, an extra fan, a crib, and a high chair.

To ensure a safe stay, guests must follow these essential rules. Due to dry island conditions, conserve water and exercise extreme caution with fire, using only charcoal for barbecues. Quiet hours are enforced between 22:00 and 09:00 (under 45 decibels), parties are forbidden, and guests are liable for any property damage or police fines. Travel insurance is strongly recommended, as the host is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables. Please note the penalty fees: €150 for lost keys, €50 per makeup-stained towel, €50 for dirty dishes, and €100 for leftover garbage. Lastly, unauthorized check-outs after 10:00 a.m. incur a €100 to €250 charge, and uncollected pet waste will result in extra cleaning deductions from the deposit.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
