General

The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with four single beds, a bunk bed and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a barbecue, a set of garden furniture, a garden, four air conditioners and a swimming pool. The badroom is equipped with three showers, three toilets and three washbasins.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a stove.

This beautiful coastal house is a marvel. It is located at a short walk from the beach and its exteriors are ideal. At the back of the building, there is a big salt private pool, - 10 x 5 m and 1 to 2.2 m depth -, with 8 sun loungers and a fantastic furnished porch ready for your best barbecues. And, at the front of the house, there is a lawn area that surrounds an amazing terrace where to get relaxed.

Inside the house, there is a large living-dining room, with TV-SAT, air conditioning and chimney. Immediately after, you gain access to the kitchen, with induction hob and a dining table with chairs and benches. The laundry is provided with washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 4 dormitories with A/C, of which two of them feature two single beds and wardrobe, while another one has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower and cot/high chair and, finally, the fourth one has a bunk bed. All four have fan (3 of them are ceiling ones). There are two more bathroom with shower at the house as well.

The accommodation is located in the coastal urbanisation known as Sa Coma, at only 600 meters from the beach in addition to offer a whole range of services in its surroundings as, for instance, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, leisure, etc. The golf course of Son Servera is also in the nearby, at 9.6 km.

The air conditioning of the living-dining room runs from 2 pm to 7 pm and the ones that are in the bedrooms run from 10 pm to 7 am. Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted. A copy of the identification document of all guests will be required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 2 cars.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
