General

The holiday home for 8 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds. The holiday home is equipped with seven heaters. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a swimming pool, a garden and a barbecue and there are four air conditioners. You can park your car on two parking lots. The badroom is equipped with four toilets, three baths, three bidets, four washbasins and a shower.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a dishwasher, an oven, a stove and a microwave.

This villa features a fantastic chlorine pool that sizes 10 x 5 metres and with a water depth that ranges from 0.9 to 2.65 metres. There also is a round children pool with a diameter of 2 metres and a water depth of 0.5 metres. The exterior shower is perfect to cool down after sunbathing on one of the 12 sun loungers. In addition, there is a great lawn area surrounding the pool and the house that includes a natural pond, which is ideal to enjoy a nice walk while admiring the landscape. Finally there are two furnished porches that invite to enjoy a delicious barbecue. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

The two-storey house is characterised by its rustic stone style. At the entrance there is a comfortable living room where you can watch satellite TV and marvel at the character of the decorative wood-burning cooker. The spacious kitchen-dining room has a gas hob, a bar with stools and a fireplace. This floor is completed by a bathroom with bathtub and two bedrooms, both with double beds. On the first floor, there are the other two bedrooms, also with double bed, independent furnished terrace and en-suite bathroom. One of the bathrooms has a shower and a bathtub and the other bathroom has a bathtub only. All four bedrooms are equipped with AC, fan and wardrobe. For the winter, the house has central heating. If you are travelling with a baby, we can prepare a cot and a highchair for you. There is a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Son Carrió is a little town belonging to Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, located very near the gorgeous Sa Coma and S'Illot beaches, and Son Servera Pula Golf. Despite it is small, you will find all the necessary amenities you might need during your stay, and a bus stop. We recommend you visit Manacor city which only is 9 km away, and it's known for its furniture industry. At the centre, you can do some shopping or try the Majorcan typical food at one of the excellent restaurants. The coast area is full of idyllic coves, like Cala Mendía, Cala Magrana or Cala Romantica or Porto Cristo beach, with its fine sand and crystal-clear water. Don't miss the famous Cuevas del Drac caves and its spectacular stalagmites and stalactites, as well as the underground lake!

You will share the access path with a neighbour.
There's an annex building in the property that will remain closed for the guests. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 4 cars.

Tourist license: ETV/3363The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
