The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with four single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a terrace, an air conditioner, a barbecue, a set of garden furniture, a garden and a swimming pool. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath, a shower, two washbasins and a toilet.

The holiday home has a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Charming 130m² country house on a 13,000m² plot, designed in minimalist Ibiza style, featuring large terraces that blend seamlessly with nature. Enjoy the Ibizan porch for meals with views of the forest, pool, and distant sea.

This tranquil retreat includes a large barbecue area surrounded by pine trees, ensuring privacy and relaxation. Ideally located near stunning southwest beaches like Cala Tarida and Cala Conta, the nearest town, San José, offers supermarkets, banks, and diverse dining options, with the popular restaurant S 'Espartar just a 3-minute walk away.

The house accommodates 6 guests with 3 double rooms: one with a 1.35m double bed, another with two 1.10m single beds, and a third with 90cm beds. There are two full bathrooms and an outdoor toilet near the barbecue. The outdoor area features a swimming pool, terraces, and laundry facilities. Amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and linens.

Note: Pets are allowed only on request. Please consult the owner in advance regarding availability, the number of pets permitted, and the applicable fee, which may vary based on the type and size of the pet(s). To ensure a safe stay, guests must follow these essential rules. Due to dry island conditions, conserve water and exercise extreme caution with fire, using only charcoal for barbecues. Quiet hours are enforced between 22:00 and 09:00 (under 45 decibels), parties are forbidden, and guests are liable for any property damage or police fines. Travel insurance is strongly recommended, as the host is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables. Please note the penalty fees: €150 for lost keys, €50 per makeup-stained towel, €50 for dirty dishes, and €100 for leftover garbage. Lastly, unauthorized check-outs after 10:00 a.m. incur a €100 to €250 charge, and uncollected pet waste will result in extra cleaning deductions from the deposit.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
