The holiday home for 6 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with four single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a CD player, a DVD player and two televisions. In addition there is a swimming pool, a barbecue, a set of garden furniture and a garden and there are three air conditioners and two terraces. The badroom is equipped with three toilets, three washbasins, two showers and a bath.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Up in the hills above Cala Tarida, this three-bedroom villa offers a quieter side of the island with sea air drifting across the terrace, afternoons spent around the pool, and sunsets that slowly pull everyone outdoors without much planning. With space for up to six guests, it suits families, couples travelling together, or friends looking for a slower rhythm while still staying close to Ibiza’s west coast beaches.

Most days here revolve around outdoor living. Mornings start with coffee on the covered terrace while the valley gradually wakes below, and by afternoon the private swimming pool usually becomes the centre of the house again. Cala Tarida Beach is around 1 km away and known for calm turquoise water, beach cafés, and paddleboard and kayak rentals directly on the sand. Back at the villa, the barbecue and outdoor dining area make evenings easy, especially after stopping by one of the local seafood restaurants nearby.

Cala Conta and the famous Sunset Ashram are around a 7-minute drive away and remain some of Ibiza’s best sunset spots. Arriving slightly before golden hour usually means quieter tables and a better view over the small offshore islands. Sa Talaiassa, Ibiza’s highest point, is around 24 minutes away by car and offers panoramic hiking views across the island and coastline. Restaurants and supermarkets are located roughly 1 km from the villa, making longer stays simple without needing to drive far every day.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
