This charming room, nestled within a peaceful agritourism estate in the heart of rural Mallorca, is perfect for a relaxing getaway for two. The property boasts stunning outdoor spaces designed for your comfort, including a lovely communal chlorine pool measuring 6 by 7 meters with a depth of 1.40 meters—ideal for cooling off in the Mediterranean sunshine. Around the pool, you’ll find plenty of sun loungers and parasols, providing a perfect spot to unwind after a refreshing swim.

Back in the room, you have a private terrace furnished and ready to enjoy the rural landscape. The room on the first floor has a private balcony with mountain views. The interior of the agritourism has several common areas in which a beautiful living room with sofas in front of the wood cooker stands out for the colder months. In the beautiful bedroom, located on the ground floor or on the first floor without lift, you will find a double bed, a Smart TV and wardrobes for your comfort. There is a spacious en-suite bathroom with shower. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair are provided. All rooms are air-conditioned.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
