General

The holiday home for 10 persons has five bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with five double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a stereo (wireless), two fireplaces and a heather. In addition there is a fitness equipment, a set of garden furniture, a swimming pool and a barbecue and there are six air conditioners and two patios. The badroom is equipped with five toilets, two baths, five washbasins, a hairdryer and three showers.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a microwave and an oven.

Just minutes from San José and San Antonio, it offers easy access to stunning southwest beaches like Cala Bassa and Cala Tarida, all while providing breathtaking views of almond groves and lush landscapes.

The single-floor residence accommodates up to 10 guests in five double bedrooms and features a spacious living-dining room with sea views, a cozy lounge with a fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. The five bedrooms are divided into two wings, complemented by three bathrooms, including one en-suite.

Outdoor amenities highlight the Mediterranean lifestyle, with terraces for alfresco dining, a manicured garden with fruit trees, a private gym, and a relaxing area complete with a swimming pool, sun loungers, and a barbecue spot equipped for entertaining.

Blending rustic charm with modern luxury, the estate includes air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and necessary comforts like pool towels to ensure an enjoyable stay.
To ensure a safe stay, guests must follow these essential rules. Due to dry island conditions, conserve water and exercise extreme caution with fire, using only charcoal for barbecues. Quiet hours are enforced between 22:00 and 09:00 (under 45 decibels), parties are forbidden, and guests are liable for any property damage or police fines. Travel insurance is strongly recommended, as the host is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables. Please note the penalty fees: €150 for lost keys, €50 per makeup-stained towel, €50 for dirty dishes, and €100 for leftover garbage. Lastly, unauthorized check-outs after 10:00 a.m. incur a €100 to €250 charge, and uncollected pet waste will result in extra cleaning deductions from the deposit.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
