General

The holiday home for 7 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with a single bed and three doubter beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a stereo. In addition there is a swimming pool, a terrace, an air conditioner and a set of garden furniture. The badroom is equipped with three showers, three toilets and three washbasins.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Splendid house with swimming pool. This is an old traditional-style estate, charmingly restored. Located in the countryside and surrounded by nature, it offers complete privacy, yet is very close to everything, just a few kilometres from the town of San Rafael and Ibiza. The nearest beach is less than a 10-minute drive away.

The house has 4 bedrooms in total: 3 doubles and 1 single, 2 full bathrooms inside the house, very spacious and separate, 2 living rooms, a closed and fully equipped kitchen, a dining room on the porch, and another dining room on a terrace. In the pool area, there is an outdoor bathroom with a shower.

It is exclusively a summer house, with 4 large wooden terraces brought from Bali, Indonesia, and Thailand, all different and tastefully decorated. One of them, the largest, at the back of the house, is a haven of tranquillity.

The house is very beautiful and comfortable, fully equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning in two of the bedrooms and one in the main living room, alarm, safe, etc. The price includes a free midweek cleaning for a minimum stay of 7 nights and final cleaning.

To ensure a safe stay, guests must follow these essential rules. Due to dry island conditions, conserve water and exercise extreme caution with fire, using only charcoal for barbecues. Quiet hours are enforced between 22:00 and 09:00 (under 45 decibels), parties are forbidden, and guests are liable for any property damage or police fines. Travel insurance is strongly recommended, as the host is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables. Please note the penalty fees: €150 for lost keys, €50 per makeup-stained towel, €50 for dirty dishes, and €100 for leftover garbage. Lastly, unauthorized check-outs after 10:00 a.m. incur a €100 to €250 charge, and uncollected pet waste will result in extra cleaning deductions from the deposit.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
