The single-story villa offers a rustic and cosy atmosphere, making it an excellent choice for those seeking a relaxed holiday. You can sit on one of the comfortable sofas in the living-dining room, equipped with air conditioning, and enjoy a good book, watch television, or simply take a refreshing nap. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need during your stay, and for added convenience, you'll also find an iron, ironing board, and washing machine. For rest, the house has one bedroom with a double bed and three bedrooms with two single beds each, complemented by two bathrooms, both with bathtubs. Additionally, the house has three fans for your comfort.

The nearest sandy beaches, Puerto de Alcúdia and Playas de Muro, are just a 20-minute drive away, and their fine sand and moderate waves make them perfect for families with children. Very close by car, you can also visit the charming village of Pollença, a true gem where artists and writers found inspiration in the past. Even today, you can feel its essence as you stroll through its narrow cobbled streets. Don't miss iconic places like the Roman Bridge and El Calvari, a small hermitage atop a hill in the center of the village, accessed by climbing 365 steps; the views from above are well worth the effort! Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
