The holiday home for 6 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed and four single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a set of garden furniture, a garden, a swimming pool and a barbecue. The badroom is equipped with two washbasins, three showers, a bidet and three toilets.

Outside, the highlight is the marvellous and refreshing chlorine pool, measuring 5 x 3 metres with a depth ranging from 1 to 2 metres. It is equipped with a safety fence for children. The outdoor areas also feature 2 porches with dining tables, a fantastic built-in barbecue, and a children's play area. An outdoor bathroom with a shower completes the exterior amenities. The property is fenced and offers complete privacy.

The two-storey house has a simple and cosy style, perfect for enjoying a wonderful holiday. On the ground floor, you will find a living room with satellite TV and a decorative fireplace; followed by a spacious dining room for 6 guests; and finally a kitchen with a wood stove, induction hob, breakfast table, and all the equipment needed for holiday cooking. The separate laundry room includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The first bedroom with a double bed is also on the ground floor, as well as a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, there are 2 more bedrooms, each with 2 single beds and access to a large terrace. Another bathroom with a shower completes this level. The house is equipped with 4 fans, and a cot and high chair are available if you are travelling with a baby.

This lovely house is located on the outskirts of Porreres, where you will find all the basic services needed for your stay, such as supermarkets, bars, and restaurants. The nearby road will take you to the wonderful beaches of the southeast of the island, such as Calas de Mallorca, Portocolom, and Cala d'Or. The area also offers various cycling routes and the opportunity to play your favourite sport at the nearby Son Antem Golf Course, just 20 km from the house. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
