The flat is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a self-catering holiday. The kitchen includes a vitro ceramic hob, oven, cooking utensils, and a mixer, making it ideal for preparing meals at home. Additionally, the property provides board games for family entertainment. Quiet hours from 11 PM to 10 AM must be observed, and parties are not allowed to maintain a peaceful atmosphere. As required by local law, guests will need to provide copies of identification for all members aged 16 and older before arrival, and the mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid prior to check-in.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
