General

The holiday home for 8 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed and four single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a stereo (wireless), a TV, a heather and a fireplace. In addition there is a balcony or terrace, a jacuzzi, a terrace, a barbecue, a set of garden furniture, a garden, a swimming pool (private, outdoors) and a patio and there are three air conditioners. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two baths, four showers, three washbasins and four toilets.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a washing machine and a fridge-freezer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a stovetop and a coffee maker.

The outdoor areas are designed to take full advantage of the natural beauty, with a unique swimming pool that includes a built-in jacuzzi, surrounded by expansive lawns. A covered barbecue and summer dining area by the pool provide the perfect spot for al fresco meals, while a further covered dining table and a cozy chill-out area are located under the front porch near the kitchen. The ground floor of Villa Paloma offers a spacious and elegantly furnished living area, featuring an open-plan lounge and dining room with large windows that flood the space with natural light and offer stunning views of the swimming pool and gardens. The room includes a fireplace, large TV, unique artwork, and plush sofas for ultimate relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and offers direct access to the front porch. There’s also a separate pantry and laundry room for added convenience.

Extra Costs include a Tourist Tax, with cleaning available on request at an additional cost.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
