Four bedrooms — one double and three twins — sleep up to eight, with three bathrooms between them, including one en-suite with a bathtub for a little extra privacy. Mediterranean-style decor runs throughout, and the bright, open living-dining room flows straight into a fully equipped kitchen, making it a natural spot for the whole group to gather.

Step outside and the garden takes over, with a 10 by 5 metre pool as the centrepiece, framed by sun loungers and comfortable outdoor furniture for soaking up the sun. A dedicated barbecue area and a relaxed chill-out corner set the scene for long dinners outdoors or a quiet drink as the sky turns pink over the hills. From various points around the property, views stretch out over the garden, the pool, and the surrounding mountains, a reminder of just how much space and greenery surrounds you here.

Despite the peaceful, rural feel, everyday life is never far away: Pollença's town centre is just 1km on foot, with shops 2.5km out and a golf course at 5km. The sandy beach at Puerto Pollença sits around 7km away, with Palma Airport roughly 58km. It's the kind of setting that lets you feel properly away from it all, while still being minutes from the village's restaurants and shops whenever you fancy a change of scene.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
