General

The holiday home for 10 persons has five bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds or two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a stereo (wireless) and two televisions. In addition there is a balcony, a garden, a balcony or terrace, a table tennis table and a swimming pool and there are five air conditioners and two barbecues. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath with shower, six washbasins, five toilets, a bath and four showers.

The holiday home has a fridge, a washing machine, a fridge-freezer and a tumble dryer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stovetop, a coffee maker (espresso machine), an oven and a microwave.

Just a short walk from the charming town of Pollensa and a 10-minute drive from Port de Pollenca’s beautiful beaches, this spacious villa is ideally located for both relaxation and exploration. Palma Airport is just a 50-minute drive away. The villa features five large bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, and three with balconies offering stunning views of the surrounding hills. Perfect for large families or two families, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.

Outside, the property boasts a 15-meter saltwater, heated swimming pool with an electric cover. The southeast corner of the garden is home to a relaxing Bali bed and hammock area, surrounded by lush tropical plants, ideal for unwinding while watching the sunset over the mountains. Inside, the villa has a welcoming open-plan lounge, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen with a large island and breakfast bar. The kitchen is complete with modern appliances, including a large oven, gas stove, microwave, and Nespresso machine. The adjoining utility room has additional amenities such as a washing machine and large American-style fridge.

The villa also features a snug/playroom, perfect for entertainment with a 50” UHD 4K TV, streaming services, Blu-ray player, board games, books, and a pool table that doubles as an air-hockey table. Each bedroom is equipped with built-in wardrobes, air conditioning, and black-out blinds for added comfort.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
