It sleeps up to six across three bedrooms: a double room with its own en-suite shower, and two twin rooms sharing a second bathroom, also with a shower. The living room offers a comfortable seating area and TV for evenings in, while the fully independent kitchen comes ready for anything, from a dishwasher and oven to a coffee machine, toaster, and juicer.

Step outside and a fenced garden wraps around a private pool, furnished with outdoor seating and a barbecue for long, unhurried dinners under the stars. The terrace makes a natural extension of the living space, whether that's morning coffee in the sun or an evening drink before heading out. Practical touches round things out nicely: air conditioning for the warmer months, a washing machine, a hairdryer, an alarm system, and parking right within the building.

The beach is close enough to feel like an extension of the garden, with both the sandy and rocky stretches of Puerto Pollença just 300 metres away, and the town centre a short 1km walk. Golfers have a course 12km out, and Palma Airport sits around 60km away. Wi-Fi and satellite TV in Spanish, English, and German keep things connected, wherever you're travelling from.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
