The badroom is equipped with two washbasins, two toilets and two showers.

On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen opens into a sunlit living room that flows straight out to the patio and pool, making indoor-outdoor living feel effortless. A double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom and a twin room with a bathroom just across the hall complete this level, both kept comfortably cool with air conditioning.

Head upstairs and you'll find a second living area, furnished with a TV and plenty of comfortable seating, ideal for a quiet evening or a change of scenery from the pool. Down below, an open fireplace in the ground-floor lounge adds real warmth on cooler nights, a detail that turns an ordinary stay into something a little more memorable. The garden itself is fenced and furnished, wrapped around a private pool, with a terrace and barbecue set up for long outdoor evenings.

Pollença's town centre is an easy 1km away, with shops 2km out and a golf course at 5km. Both the sandy and rocky beaches sit around 8km from the door, with Palma Airport roughly 58km away, close enough for an easy arrival, far enough to feel like a proper escape.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
