The holiday home for 5 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed and three single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a DVD player. In addition there is a terrace, a set of garden furniture, a barbecue and an air conditioner. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower, two washbasins, a bath, two toilets and a hairdryer.

A second terrace along the side of the building has a dining table and barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV cover the essentials, while covered parking within the building makes arriving by car easy.

Location is the real highlight: the sandy Cala Molins beach is just 20 metres away, the rocky Cala Carbó cove is 150 metres away, and local shops are right around the corner. Pollença town centre is a 7km drive, a golf course is 9km away, and Palma Airport is around an hour's drive at 60km. A welcome pack is provided on arrival, so the essentials are ready and the holiday can start right away.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
