Air conditioning runs through both the bedrooms and the living room, so the heat of the day never quite catches up with you indoors.

Inside, the open kitchen is built for real cooking, not just holiday basics, while the living and dining spaces lean into a warm, understated style, with a fireplace adding a homely touch for cooler evenings. Step outside and a private pool, 10 by 4 metres, takes centre stage, ringed by sun loungers for lazy afternoons in the sun. A ping pong table and a portable gas barbecue round out the outdoor setup, perfect for evenings spent eating and playing under open skies.

The location does a lot of the work here: the town centre is just 300 metres away, shops 1.5km, and a golf course 5km out. Both the sandy beach and the rocky Llenaire cove sit around 7km from the door, with Palma Airport roughly 58km away. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
