The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a DVD player, a fireplace, a radio and a TV. In addition there is a barbecue, a set of garden furniture, a terrace, a garden and a swimming pool and there are four air conditioners. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a hairdryer, a bath, three washbasins, three toilets and two showers.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a fridge and a freezer.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher, an oven and a coffee maker.

It sleeps up to six across three bedrooms two doubles and a twin with an en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub, two further shower rooms, and a separate toilet. An American-style open kitchen flows into a bright living and dining area with seating for six, giving the whole space an easy, sociable feel.

Outside, a brick-built barbecue area with its own dining table and shower room makes alfresco meals genuinely effortless, while a large covered terrace at the entrance offers dining furniture and a relaxed sofa setup for shaded afternoons. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
