*THE LIVING ROOM

This wonderful villa is located in the well-known Sometimes-Playa de Palma area, quiet, next to a park, surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The highlight: just 5 minutes from the airport and only a 5-minute walk to the beach of Playa de Palma with all its entertainment options.
The house is divided into 2 floors, the lower floor consists of a living room (Smart TV) with living/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and very large, modern wardrobe, a small bedroom with sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with double beds, all three with en suite bathrooms (i.e. with direct access to their own bathroom), so you can enjoy a lot of privacy. Outside there is a beautiful pool with a chilli out area, sun loungers and hammocks, as well as a barbecue. Here you can spend Mallorcan nights by candlelight and enjoy dinners or barbecues together on the veranda.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
