The holiday home for 11 persons has five bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds, a twin trundle and four double beds. The poolside sun loungers are perfect for soaking up the sun and the pergola in the garden is the ideal place to enjoy a delicious barbecue in the evening. In addition, the exterior of the house has an outdoor bathroom complete with shower.

The two-storey house offers a simple and classic style. On the ground floor we have the dining room with TV; the spacious kitchen is equipped with a gas stove. On the ground floor you will also find 2 bedrooms (one with twin beds and the other with a double bed). There are also two bathrooms with a shower, and one of them is en suite. On the first floor we have another living room and the rest of the bedrooms, all with a double bed except the last one that has a trundle bed. On this floor we have another two bathrooms with shower, and one of them is en-suite. The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, AC in all rooms as well as 2 cots and 2 high chairs.

This beautiful country house is located on the outskirts of Palma, in the residential area of ​​Son Sardina that offers all the necessary services for your stay such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants. You will be able to enjoy the cultural and summer offer of the city of Palma where you'll get by public transport since there are nearby bus stops. Come to the Son Vida Golf Club to spend a different day enjoying your favorite sport. The closest beach is Can Pere Antoni.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
