In the same room are the dining room and bright kitchen, which are equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator and all the kitchen utensils you need for your vacation. There are a total of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The large bedroom is equipped with a double bed and has direct access to the bathroom with a shower. The small bathroom has a single bed with a pull-out function, so the bed can also be converted into a double bed. The second bathroom is located outside. The house is ideal for couples or small families who are in Mallorca for their vacations and want to enjoy nature, hiking and proximity to the beach.What is in the villa? Bed linen and towels are provided for guests. In the kitchen, there is a small set of basic spices and oil. Detergent, dishwasher tabs and 1-2 garbage bags are also stored. If an article is no longer available, this article needs to be bought by yourself. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet paper rolls for arrival. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
