The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and four single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a garden, four air conditioners, a barbecue and a set of garden furniture. The badroom is equipped with two washbasins, two showers, a bidet and two toilets.

The holiday home has two fridge-freezers.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and there are two high chairs.

The kitchen is equipped with two stoves, two coffee makers, two dishwashers, two ovens and two microwaves.

The exteriors are perfect to enjoy a great vacation. It has a small garden area, several terraces where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue with the best company and a solarium deck where you can bask in the sun with sea views. The house has direct neighbours.

The 2-storey house offers a cosy style with everything you need to enjoy your holidays. It is comprises 2 floors and each of them features: a large dining room -with TV and access to the porch or terrace-, which connects to the kitchen -equipped with a gas cooktop- through a comfortable bar; two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds; and a bathroom with a shower. All bedrooms are air conditioned. You'll have to climb the outdoor staircase in order to enter the first floor and the upper solarium terrace is accessible from the first floor. The house is equipped with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board and we can prepare a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby.

The house is located in a residential area a few meters from one of the best beaches on the island, Platja de Muro, where you can enjoy the sun and the sea, practice water sports, stroll along the seashore, etc. Not far away is Can Picafort, with all the services and a great summer atmosphere, just like in Port d'Alcúdia. You can enjoy a different day by visiting the Parc Natural de s'Albufera de Mallorca, which is located just 650 meters from the house. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
