The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and three double beds. The outdoor area has been designed to make the most of Mallorca’s wonderful climate. The private chlorine pool measures 10 x 5 metres and ranges in depth from 1.30 to 2.20 metres, making it ideal for cooling off or swimming on warmer days. It is surrounded by a spacious garden, perfect for children to play, sunbathing, or relaxing while enjoying the rural surroundings and mountain views. The property also features a porch where guests can enjoy leisurely meals in the shade, as well as a permanent barbecue for preparing food outdoors. Privacy is partial, as there are neighbours within 50 metres.

Arranged over two floors, the house retains its charming rustic décor and provides all the amenities needed for a holiday with family or friends. The living room has air conditioning and a television with satellite channels, while the kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob. The house has four bedrooms: on the ground floor, there is one bedroom with two single beds and another with a double bed, both featuring wardrobes and a fan; on the first floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds, wardrobes, a fan, and air conditioning. There are three bathrooms: two with showers and one with a bathtub. In addition, there is a lounge next to the barbecue area equipped with air conditioning. The laundry room includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board, and also contains two electric heaters that can be placed in the bathrooms when required. A cot and high chair are provided for families travelling with babies.

The house is located in a peaceful setting on the outskirts of Can Picafort, surrounded by countryside and just a few minutes’ drive from the town centre, where guests will find supermarkets, restaurants, shops, and a pleasant seafront promenade. The beaches of Can Picafort, Son Bauló, and Playa de Muro are all nearby and are ideal for swimming, water sports, or cycling along the coast. Guests can also visit the public estate of Son Real, whose signposted trails lead to the beach and its important prehistoric necropolis. The s’Albufera Natural Park is also well worth visiting, particularly for walking and birdwatching. Alcúdia and Pollença make excellent nearby day trips, while golf enthusiasts can enjoy the courses at Alcanada and Golf Pollença. The final stretch of the road leading to the house is unpaved and covered with gravel. Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
