Inside, the house is spread over two levels and blends traditional charm with modern functionality. On the ground floor, you'll find a welcoming living room with a Smart TV—perfect for unwinding in the evenings or enjoying a film. The fully equipped gas kitchen, complete with a dining area, invites you to prepare and share home-cooked meals with ease. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
