The charming Finca VALLS is located on the outskirts of the village of Montüiri, halfway between Palma de Mallorca and Manacor.
This finca is ideal for those who wish to escape the tourist crowds and enjoy the relaxed and authentic lifestyle of the island's interior.
The house offers approximately 150 m² of living space on the ground floor, a lovingly furnished living room with ceiling fans, air conditioning and a comfortable sofa area with satellite TV. The fully equipped kitchen is located close to the living room and offers access to the covered terrace with dining table. There are a total of three bedrooms (2 double beds and 1 single bed) and two bathrooms with shower, one of them en suite. All bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans.
The highlight of this villa is undoubtedly its huge natural garden. Perfectly integrated into the property is the large swimming pool of 10 m x 5 m (depth 0,80 x 1,90 m), surrounded by a lawn of 500 m², ideal for families with children. Next to the pool is the covered terrace with sofas and the third bathroom with shower. There is also an Argentinian barbecue and a dining table for fantastic barbecue evenings.
If you don't want to use the car, you can reach the centre of Montuiri in only 5 to 10 minutes on foot. The bus stop, which connects Montuiri with Palma and other parts of the island, is only one minute away from the house. The nearest supermarket is also only a two minute drive away. In short: a holiday home with excellent transport connections that also offers the experience of a finca-style holiday.
By the way: about 200 metres from the property you can have lunch or dinner at the "Bar s'Hostal", one of Mallorca's most emblematic restaurants, known for its exquisite "pa amb oli" (bread with olive oil).
