The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with six single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV. In addition there is a swimming pool, a set of garden furniture, a porch, a garden and a barbecue and there are five air conditioners. The badroom is equipped with three toilets, three washbasins and three showers.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a coffee maker (espresso machine), a stove, a dishwasher and an oven.

This beautiful country house is located just minutes from the center of Palma, the capital of Mallorca. For those travelling with family or groups of friends, this house is simply ideal, as you can enjoy the rural setting while still being close to the city.

Spread over two floors with approximately 180 m², the house features a large living room with satellite TV, air conditioning, a fireplace, and comfortable sofas. From here, you can access the porch with a fantastic sofa and plenty of shade. The modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table is located near the living room and also has access to the terrace with a dining table and a gas barbecue. In total, there are four bedrooms (one double bed and three single beds) and three bathrooms with showers. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor and share a bathroom, while the other two are on the upper floor and each has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The best feature of this property is undoubtedly its enormous natural garden, seamlessly integrated into the landscape. Just 30 meters from the house, you'll find the saltwater swimming pool. Next to the pool are sofas with a large parasol, and there are eight sun loungers for all your guests. In the middle of the garden, there's a hammock strung among tall palm trees. For those who want some activity, there's a ping-pong table, a playhouse, and a swing for children.

The beaches of Palma Bay are about a 10-15 minute drive away. Bars, restaurants, and supermarkets in the nearest neighbourhoods are a 5-minute drive away. In summary, a charming house, very well connected, and ideal for those looking for a holiday in a rural area, but not too far from urban areas.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
