The holiday home for 5 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed and three single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a swimming pool, a set of garden furniture and a garden. The badroom is equipped with two showers, two washbasins and two toilets.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

On the ground floor, a welcoming living room with fireplace, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi invites you to unwind. From here, you step into the rustic-style kitchen, fully equipped—including a dishwasher—for preparing leisurely meals. A bathroom with shower and direct access to the pool terrace completes this level. Upstairs, you’ll find two double bedrooms and a single, alongside a second bathroom with shower—perfect for both families and small groups.

Surrounded by a lush garden, the house opens to an elevated terrace with a small child-friendly pool (4 m x 3 m, depth 0.7–2 m). Sun loungers and parasols create a serene corner for lazy afternoons under the Mediterranean sun. The peaceful setting makes relaxation effortless, while golden beaches like Cala Millor and Costa de los Pinos are just a short 10–15 minute drive away.

Adding to the charm, the friendly owners, Rosa and Montserrat, live on the neighboring property. Always available if needed, they often delight guests with homemade Mallorcan specialties, giving your stay a truly personal touch.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
