The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with four single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a barbecue, three air conditioners, a set of garden furniture, a garden and a swimming pool. The exteriors of this house invite you to enjoy the good weather to the fullest. The house has a private chlorine pool that measures 9 x 4 meters and has a depth of 0.9 to 1.8 meters. Next to it you will find loungers for sunbathing, an outdoor shower to wash off the salt and sand from the beach, and a grassy area where the little ones in the house can play. Going up some stairs you have the porch where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue while contemplating the views of the sea in the background. The property is fenced and there are close neighbours.

The single-storey house offers a cosy style with all the comforts for a perfect stay. Living room, dining room and kitchen share a large space equipped with AC, satellite TV, fireplace and ceramic hob. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Next you have the 3 bedrooms. One of them has a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower. The other two bedrooms have two single beds each. All have AC. There is another bathroom with shower in the house. Finally, we can offer you a cot and a highchair if you are travelling with your baby.

This wonderful house is located on the outskirts of Portocristo, just 300 meters from Cala Anguila, a small beach with fine sand, turquoise blue waters and exceptional beauty. But you can visit other nearby and equally beautiful coves such as Cala Mandia or Cala Romántica. You'll find all the necessary services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants in Portocristo, where you can also visit the ancient Cave del Drach.

The energy is provided by solar panels. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 1 cars.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
