Detached house of 275 m2 on two floors. The ground floor consists of living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The first floor consists of a second living room, two bathrooms and two bedrooms.

In the centre of the garden there is an 8x4m swimming pool.
This pool does not use chlorine but salt for its operation, so it is not aggressive for the skin and makes bathing more comfortable.
Near the pool there is a large sun terrace equipped with sun beds and garden furniture, as well as a shower.
The terrace and the pool in the middle of the garden are the ideal place to rest and relax, enjoy nature, sunbathe and unwind.
Located 3 kilometres from the town centre of Manacor, in the east of Mallorca, it is the second municipality in size and population of Mallorca.
It has 27 km of coastline and a rich inland landscape with an extensive gastronomic offer ranging from traditional Mallorcan to modern cuisine with its own wines.
The region of Manacor has established bicycle lanes.
The house is 15 km from the coast, where you can enjoy the beach, swim in its coves and sail in its waters.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
