The flat is located in a nice urbanization with beautiful gardens and a community chlorinated swimming pool. The pool measures 25 x 10 metres, has a depth ranging from 0.9 to 1.20 metres and includes a 0.50 metre deep area where the youngest members of the family can cool off. Next to the pool, there is nothing better than relaxing in the community jacuzzi (cold water only). Once in the flat, the house offers you a large furnished yard where you can enjoy reading a book, having an aperitif or enjoying a delicious barbecue with your family or friends.

The cosy flat has all the necessary comforts to enjoy your holidays, and is equipped with AC in all rooms. Inside you will find a comfortable living-dining room with Smart TV; an open kitchen with ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook during your holidays; and an courtyard where you can have a quiet coffee. When it's time to rest, there are 2 bedrooms, the first with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub; the other bedroom has two single beds. Finally, another bathroom with shower completes this flat. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. And if you are travelling with children, we can provide a cot and a highchair.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
