The holiday home for 5 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with two heaters. In addition there is a barbecue, a set of garden furniture, a garden and a swimming pool and there are three air conditioners. You can park your car on three parking lots. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, two showers and two washbasins.

The surrounding thatched terraces allow you to enjoy an apéritif at sunset or a barbecue for dinner. The property is fenced, and the privacy is total.

The extraordinary 2-storey house has a fantastic modern style with all the necessary comforts for your stay. On the first floor you will find the living-dining room -with air conditioning and Smart TV- which is open to the kitchen equipped with ceramic hob. Still on the first floor, you have a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and another outdoor bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, we have another living room with air conditioning and amazing views of the fields and the sea in the distance; two more bedrooms, both with a double bed and one of them with an en suite bathroom with a shower; and another bathroom with shower. The house is equipped with underfloor heating and all bedrooms have air conditioning. In addition, there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
