The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a set of garden furniture, three air conditioners, a barbecue, a swimming pool and a garden. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, two washbasins and two showers.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, an oven, a stove, a microwave and a dishwasher.

This wonderful house surprises with its simple but marvellous interior terrace, equipped with nothing less than a beautiful saltwater pool, a barbecue and a furnished porch area to enjoy pleasant meals or evenings. In addition to a refreshing dip in the pool, which measures 5 x 3 metres and is 1.1 to 1.7 metres deep, you will love sunbathing on one of the two sun loungers or reading a book while reclining peacefully on them. But best of all, the beach is also nearby, just 600 metres away. At the front, there is also a furnished terrace where you can have a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine while watching the sunset with family or friends.

Inside, you will find a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen, equipped with air conditioning. The modern kitchen has an induction hob and everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes. There are two bathrooms with showers and three bedrooms, all with air conditioning, wardrobes, fans, space for a cot and a high chair wherever you prefer. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and the third has two single beds. The washing machine, ironing board and iron are on the terrace.

S'Estanyol is a beautiful coastal area ideal for beach lovers, but not just any beach, rather those paradisiacal beaches and coves with crystal clear waters. The closest is S'Estalella, located 600 metres away, although we recommend visiting Es Trenc, Sa Ràpita or Ses Covetes. And if you feel like dining out after a day in the water, there are several restaurants and bars in S'Estanyol and the surrounding area. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
