Surrounded by rural scenery and sweeping views, it offers the ideal setting to relax, recharge, and truly disconnect.

Inside, the house blends comfort and practicality across two bright and well-distributed floors. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV and satellite channels, while the dining area seamlessly connects to a fully equipped kitchen featuring induction hobs and air conditioning for added comfort. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also available for convenience. The property offers three air-conditioned bedrooms with wardrobes: two double rooms on the main floor and one twin room upstairs.

On the ground floor, an exterior bathroom with a shower proves particularly handy for pool days, while the first floor houses a second bathroom, also with a shower. For families, a baby cot and highchair are provided, and an auxiliary heater ensures cosy evenings during the cooler months. Altogether, it’s a charming countryside retreat — a place where time seems to stand still.

The exterior of the property has been thoughtfully designed to make the most of Mallorca’s glorious Mediterranean climate. A spacious paved terrace surrounds the private chlorine pool, which measures 10 x 4.5 metres with a depth between 1.3 and 1.7 metres — perfect for both swimming and relaxing. Around it, several sun loungers invite you to soak up the sunshine, while the fruit trees bring a refreshing, natural touch to the garden. The built-in barbecue sets the scene for delightful outdoor meals and long, leisurely evenings with family or friends, all enjoyed in complete privacy amid peaceful rural surroundings.

Ideally situated between Llubí and Muro, the property enjoys a peaceful rural setting in northern Mallorca, surrounded by farmland, almond groves, and the authentic charm of the island’s interior. Its location offers easy access to both villages: Llubí, known for its restored windmills, agricultural character, and inviting local restaurants; and Muro, with its vibrant market, the church of Sant Joan Baptista, and the fascinating Ethnological Museum.

Just 15 minutes away, you’ll find the stunning Playa de Muro — a long stretch of soft white sand and turquoise water, bordering the Natural Park of s’Albufera, a haven for walkers and birdwatchers. The surrounding area is ideal for cycling and hiking, and within 30 minutes you can reach the renowned golf courses of Alcanada and Pollensa.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
