General

This holiday home for 6 persons has three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a television. In addition there is a garden, a terrace, an air conditioner, a swimming pool, garden furniture and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot.

The holiday home has a Internet connection, a freezer, a washing machine and a fridge.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a toaster, a stovetop (electric), a coffee maker, an oven and a microwave.

In the holiday home you will find kitchen textiles, bathroom textiles and bed linnen.

Set in Lloseta, at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains, this modern house with pool and garden offers accommodation to 6 guests.
With mountain views, the private salt water pool is in the middle of the well-kept garden. After having a good night's sleep, the day begins with a large breakfast, then taking a dip in the pool before exploring the beautiful surroundings. If you don't fancy going out, lay down on the sun loungers getting a nice tan. The pool sizes 8 x 4 metres and the depth goes from 1 to 1.7 metres. In the garden you can extend your towel on the lawn area under a shady tree. Saturday is market day in Lloseta and you can buy fresh groceries for your perfect barbecue. The furnished porch is a lovely place for great al fresco dining. The plot is fenced and there are some neighbour houses around.

The rooms are distributed over one floor and are designed with clean simplicity, including fresh colors and good-quality furniture. The air-conditioned, bright sitting dining area is open to the kitchen. Sit down on the cozy sofa, watch a film on the satellite TV, or have a little siesta before going out for dinner. For cooking snacks and meals, the spacious kitchen features a vitro hob, oven, blender, and some kitchen utensils, amongst other things. There is also a washing machine and an iron/ironing board in the kitchen.The owners have chosen mellow colors for the bedrooms, which are equipped with A/C and wardrobes. Two bedrooms count with a double bed each and one has space for a cot/high chair. The third room is just perfect for kids as it features a trundle bed. Both bathrooms come with a shower.

Lloseta is located in the Center-West of Mallorca and it's known as the door to the Tramuntana Mountains. As you can imagine, many hiking trails and cycling routes are nearby. You can choose a half-day trip to the Castle of Alaró, walking from Caimari to the monastery of Lluc or a trip by car to the Cuber reservoir, just to mention a few options. The town center provides you with a small grocery shop, a banc and good restaurants, for example the famous "Santi Taura". Inca is just a 5 minutes' drive and offers many supermarkets, shops, more restaurants and bars. If you fancy a day on the beach, a 30 minutes' drive takes you to the north coast and to wonderful beaches like Playa de Muro or Can Picafort. Driving a bit longer, you can rest on the beach of Puerto de Pollença, which is between the mountains and the sea. A car is essential.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
