General

The holiday home for 4 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms and is equipped with four single beds. The holiday home is equipped with two air conditioners, a barbecue, a garden, a swimming pool and a set of garden furniture. The badroom is equipped with a bath, two bidets, two washbasins, a shower and a toilet.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

This fantastic house features a wonderful exterior area with spectacular views to the mountains. You will enjoy the great chlorine pool that sizes 8 x 4 metres and has a water depth ranging from 1 to 2 metres. The 6 sunloungers around are perfect to bask in the sun. The furnished terrace and porch invite to enjoy the best appetisers and meals alfresco, specially in the BBQ area. The property is fenced and there are direct neighbours.

The accommodation is simple and functional. It has a great living-dining room, with AC and fireplace, where you can rest while watching the TV-sat or with a good reading. The kitchen has an induction cooker. The laundry room offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are two bedrooms with twin beds, A/C and a closet each. One of them also presents a pellet stove and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is another bathroom with a tub in the house. Finally, a baby cot and a high-chair together with 3 fans and 3 radiators complete the accommodation.

The house is about 1 km away from Inca, a charming small city in the centre of the island where you will find a variety of shops, restaurants, etc. In fact, the town centre, located only 2 km away, is where you will be able to to taste the traditional Majorcan cuisine in the so called "cellers", that is, traditional restaurants. The street market takes place on Thursday morning since 7 centuries ago. The nearest beach in Puerto de Alcudia is about 28 km away (a 20 minutes drive more or less). Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 5 cars.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
