General

The holiday home for 10 persons has four bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with eight single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a barbecue, a set of garden furniture, a garden, three air conditioners and a swimming pool. The badroom is equipped with two showers, a bath, four toilets and four washbasins.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher, a stove, an oven and a coffee maker.

Spend a wonderful vacation with your family and friends in this marvellous villa in the middle of the countryside. You can take a dip in the beautiful chlorine 10 x 4 metres pool which has a depth between 0.8 and 2.05 metres. You can sunbathe on one of the comfortable sunbeds around the pool,which are completed with a parasol that will protect from the son in the hottest hours. By the pool, you will find the terrace and furnished porch area where you can spend great evenings by your loved ones or have a drink at sunset while admiring the beautiful surrounding views of the fields. The barbecue area is located under a porch somehow separated from the house and it includes a table to prepare the food and cook in good company. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

The 296 m2 house is divided into three floors. On the ground floor you will find a beautiful and warm living room which is decorated in a simple way, where you can watch the satellite television or simply read a book and disconnect while refreshing with the air-conditioning. We enter the dining area through an arch. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob. In the house you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. In this house you can rest in 5 bedrooms. The first one is on the ground floor and it has a double bed, a wardrobe, an en-suite shower bathroom and exit to a terrace from where you can contemplate the views. There is also a toilet with a basin and WC on this ground floor. On the basement you will find two more bedrooms, both with twin beds, wardrobe and garden views. This floor features another shower bathroom. Finally, on the first floor you will find the last two single bed dormitories, both with access to a terrace where you can also sunbathe on the sunbed. A bathtub bathroom completes this floor. We can prepare a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with a baby. The bedrooms on both the ground floor and the 1st floor are equipped with A/C.

This house is located in the middle of the countryside near s'Horta and Calonge, where you will find the basic services for an independent stay. The coast is very near and you will enjoy amazing beaches and coves like Caló des Pou, Cala Gran, Caló des Corral or Cala Ferrera. The Natural Park of Mondragó is a must-see, also very near. If you are a golf lover, the nearest course is only 6.9 km away. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets up to 3.00 kg are welcome. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 3 cars.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
